Phase 2: Custom Design
We bring your dream home to life on paper. Our skilled drafters work with you to customize your future house plans, making sure every detail is just right.
Phase 3: Budget Planning
After finalizing the design, we focus on budgeting. Expect a few rounds of revisions during this stage, as we aim to select the best materials that fit within your budget.
Phase 4: Permits, Inspections, and Construction
We take care of all permit requirements and inspections; before, during, and after construction. As we begin construction, we maintain constant communication to ensure you’re always in the loop.
Phase 5: Final Walkthrough and Closing
