Our Four Step Process

Consultation & Land
Evaluation

We begin by getting to know you and your vision to ensure we’re the right fit. This phase includes early planning around budget, financing, home type, and overall feasibility, laying a strong foundation before design begins. Our goal in this phase is alignment, not assumptions.

Custom Design
& Pre-Construction

Your home begins to take shape on paper. Our design team works closely with you to create fully customized plans, refining every detail, from layout and structure to materials, systems, and finishes. Once the design is finalized, we focus on aligning selections with your budget. This collaborative phase often includes thoughtful refinement as we balance quality, performance, and cost.

Permits, Inspections &
Construction

Throughout construction, we maintain consistent site oversight and structured communication. Progress is monitored daily, and each trade partner operates within a clearly defined scope. We handle all permitting and required inspections before, during, and after construction. You remain informed and confident at every stage.

Walkthrough & Closing

Before you move in, we conduct multiple detailedwalkthroughs, including blue-tape reviews and a final inspection, to ensure every detail meets both our standards and the expectations established throughout the build.

Upon completion, we review warranties, hand over the keys, and welcome you home.
